Terms and conditions
By paying your non-refundable booking fee you are agreeing to the following terms.
1. Please confirm your total numbers carefully at the time of booking as I do not offer any reductions to my quote as I book so far in advance. If anyone would like to be added to the quote I would need to know atleast 6 weeks prior to your wedding date - I cannot guarantee additional people can be added as this depends on access time restrictions and the ceremony time.
2. Any cancellations up until 2 months before the wedding date will be charged the full rate quoted. Any cancellations between 2 months - 24hrs of the wedding the final balance will be due in full plus a cancellation fee of £175.
3. I will only apply makeup/lash services for those that have paid me prior to your wedding date. Anyone that requests my services will be charged a standard rate which is payable before I carry out the service.
4. All booking fees are nonrefundable. I take these payments to hold dates years in advance, the fee covers my admin time along with the security that your date is in my diary as I then turn down other work and personal events. Therefore if you decide to not go ahead, the fee will be retained. There are no exceptions.
5. I will not be able to apply any false lashes to clients that have had LVL lash treatments. If yourself or any of your bridal party would like individual lashes, they must not have had any lash treatments 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
6. I ask all clients if they have any allergies before I apply any makeup. All of my products are suitable for sensitive skin therefore I am not liable for any reactions. Any skin concerns need to be made aware to me in writing.
7. Change of location - if on your wedding date your planning on getting ready at one address, then need to move to another location I charge a set COL fee of £50 plus any additional mileage. Please bear in mind this will add a minimum of an hour to your timeline as it takes around 30minutes to set up, and then repack my kit.
8. Artist Cancellation / Non-Completion of Services
In the unlikely event that I am unable to provide the agreed services due to illness, injury, emergency, or circumstances beyond my reasonable control, every effort will be made to source a suitable replacement artist of a similar standard from my professional network of local artists.
If a replacement artist is secured, the booking will proceed as agreed and no refund will be due.
If a replacement artist cannot be arranged, all monies paid for the services will be refunded in full. This shall be the full extent of liability, and I shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or expenses incurred by the client as a result of the cancellation.
Any replacement artist will be professionally qualified and experienced in bridal makeup, however styles and techniques may vary. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify yourself as soon as possible should such circumstances arise.
